TasksOnce you join our team, you will:
- Lead and/or facilitate international, high-complexity projects related to digitalization and operational optimization. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks using project management tools
- Design, improve, and support logistics and warehousing processes in close collaboration with internal partners.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure process adherence and promote best-practice sharing
- Maintain and verify documentation within the quality tool ProX
- Develop and report KPIs for warehousing processes and projects
- Promote lean methods, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving

Lufthansa Technik Sofia is part of the Lufthansa Technik base maintenance network. It performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus 320 family and Boeing B737 Classic and B737 NG. The company is situated at Sofia airport and operates since October 2008.

RequirementsYou match our need, if you have:
- University degree in economics, logistics or industrial engineering
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Very good Project Management skills
- Applying Change Management and Process Improvement philosophies
- Excellent command of English, German is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Affinity to data and IT systems, knowledge Power BI is an advantage
- Ability to cover complex tasks and projects
- Experience in Process optimization and application of LEAN methodology
- High degree of problem solving, prioritization and presentation skills
- Courteous, adaptive to a multi-cultural environment, committed to team results,self-resistant
- Resilient towards professional pressure, willing to work flexible hours
- Readiness to travel on occasional basis
