Functional Responsibilities
Planning, implementation, monitoring, control functions and procedures of aircraft security operations activities.
Role Responsibilities
- Deployment of security staff as per roster.
- Ensure adequate manpower available during duty hours.
- Ensure daily operation is conducted in accordance to security procedures.
- Ensure secure business continuity.
- Respond to emergency under crisis situation
- Single point of contact for security on shift.
Functional Duties
- Deployment of Security staff is at optimum to meet the security objectives.
- Highlight and report on any irregularity and suspicious activity.
- Respond to any security incidents of trespassing, unruliness, breaches, indiscipline, etc.
- Support ASOs in managing incidences while on duty.
- Conduct daily roll call, briefing and de briefing to staff.
Role Duties
- Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed.
- Assist in identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum working experience
Prior experience in AVSEC or any related security field.
Education
Minimum requirement of SPM.
Professional qualifications
ICAO or relevant aviation security certification would be added advantage.
