Are you our new Safety Advisor Technical Operations?
We are looking for a Safety Advisor for a temporary, 13-month parental-leave cover from 1.Mars 2026.
As a Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in strengthening the Safety Management System (SMS) across our CAMO and Part-145 organizations. You will support safety investigations, risk assessments, and the development of safety initiatives that enhance safety culture and reduce technical safety events. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, share best practices, and promote a unified approach to safety. You will drive continuous improvement by monitoring safety actions, analysing trends, and producing safety materials and statistics. Your work will directly contribute to improved reporting, stronger safety awareness, and the implementation of effective mitigations across the organisation. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Deliver and support Safety Management System (SMS) processes across AOC, CAMO, and Part-145, ensuring alignment with EASA requirements.
- Support the Safety Manager in promoting strong SMS standards and safety culture across the technical organization.
- Conduct event assessments, incident investigations, and risk assessments, including Management of Change activities.
- Manage safety and occurrence reporting, safeguarding the integrity of the confidential reporting system and Just Culture principles.
- Produce and promote safety materials, training content, and safety statistics for Technical Operations and other areas as needed.
- Monitor the effectiveness of safety mitigations and controls, and prepare/facilitate Technical Safety Action Group activities.
- Promote best practices, safety cooperation, and information sharing across approved organizations and contracted partners.
- Analyse safety data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting continuous improvement and human-factors-based safety initiatives.
- Assist with administrative tasks and relevant projects as required.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- Solid knowledge of P145 technical regulations and procedures, with understanding of CAMO requirements.
- Qualified Aircraft Technician with good insight into Safety Management System principles.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office; excellent English communication skills.
- Able to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Structured, systematic, punctual, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Adaptable, efficient, and committed to delivering results in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the tenacity to drive continuous improvement.
