The Purchasing Agent will focus on the procurement of consumables and all necessary materials to meet minimum stock levels and ensure the timely fulfillment of scheduled maintenance services. This role requires close coordination with the Inventory Planning and the store coordinator to ensure that stock levels are optimized and aligned with the

- Replenishment of minimum stock levels

- Documentation and reporting
Education:
- Minimum of three (3) years&8217; experience in Procurement within the Aviation sector or a similar high-compliance industry. Experience in purchasing consumables and spare parts for maintenance is preferred.
- Engineering degree or related field with familiarity with aviation parts, consumables, and maintenance operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management in regulated industries is a plus.
- Analyze inventory data and forecast needs to ensure optimal stock levels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to organize and manage Inventory Planning and Maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite particularly Excel with ability to generate reports and data analysis.
- Demonstrate strong competencies in organizational and time management with the ability to handle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast pace environment.
- Sound understanding of aviation safety standards and compliance requirements as it relates to part certification and procurement practices.
- The ability to communicate both written and verbal communication is required.
