Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers of the various Helibras/Airbus Helicopters aircraft models, mainly the Super Puma family, in their segment of operation in Brazil.
  • Receiving and answering questions from customers (mechanics, pilots or owners) regarding the use of best techniques and practices to find solutions that enable safe operation.
  • Carrying out technical visits to customers of the various models in the fleet in order to understand the needs of each customer and operation and propose solutions.
  • Interacting with Airbus Helicopters in the assessment of special airworthiness concessions, forwarding demands and technical data to enable analysis and assistance to Helibras and operators.

Requirements:

  • Internal candidates: pay attention to the “Golden Rule”.
  • Solid experience on Super Puma Family aircraft.
  • Experience with incident and accident investigation desirable.
  • Minimum education: Aircraft Maintenance Technician (CHT) or Engineering.
  • Intermediate English.
  • French desirable.
  • Experience in the Airbus Helicopters Heavy Duty line (H225/725 and AS332/532).
  • Communication, good customer relations, proactivity, ability to analyze and resolve problems/conflicts, impart knowledge.

  • Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes dos diversos modelos de aeronaves da Helibras/Airbus Helicopters, principalmente da família Super Puma, em seu segmento de atuação no Brasil.
  • Receber e responder questionamentos dos clientes (mecânico, piloto ou proprietário) quanto à utilização de melhores técnicas e práticas para encontrar soluções que permitam a operação com Segurança.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas aos clientes dos diversos modelos da frota com o intuito de conhecer as necessidades de cada cliente e operação e propor soluções.
  • Interagir com a Airbus Helicopters na avaliação de concessões especiais de aeronavegabilidade com encaminhamento de demandas e dados técnicos que permitam a análise e atendimento à Helibras e operadores.

Requisitos:

  • Sólida experiência em aeronaves da Família Super Puma.
  • Desejável experiência com Investigação de incidentes e acidentes.
  • Formação mínima: Técnico de Manutenção Aeronáutica (CHT) ou Engenharia.
  • Inglês intermediário.
  • Desejável francês.
  • Experiência na linha de Pesados (H225/725 e AS332/532) da Airbus Helicopters.
  • Comunicação, bom relacionamento com os clientes, proatividade, capacidade de analisar e solucionar problemas/conflitos, transmitir conhecimento.
