For our Airport Lounges at Schiphol, we are looking for a Lounge Kitchen Assistant who will support the kitchen team in preparing snacks, meals, and a well-presented buffet for travelers using the lounge.
What will you do?As a Lounge Kitchen Assistant, you will work in the kitchens of our airport lounges and assist in preparing and presenting snacks and light meals for the buffet.
Your responsibilities include:
Preparing snacks and simple dishes for the buffet
Performing kitchen tasks such as heating, baking, and mise en place
Refilling and neatly presenting the buffet
Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and hygienic
Supporting colleagues during busy periods
Working according to applicable hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines

Who are you?You are someone who enjoys getting things done and thrives in an international airport environment.
In addition:
You are flexible and willing to work rotating shifts (morning, evening, weekends, and public holidays)
You work neatly, hygienically, and in a structured way
You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others
You handle busy situations well and remain efficient
You are physically able to perform standing work
You have Dutch and/or English language skills at B2 level

A gross monthly salary between €2,705.52 and €3,298.34 based on full-time employment (38 hours), excluding shift allowances and holiday pay
