Purpose of the position

Are you a motivated student with a passion for events, partnerships, and exciting projects? Brussels Airlines offers a unique internship opportunity within the Events & Partnerships department, where you’ll be actively involved in large-scale projects such as Tomorrowland, the partnership with the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA), and various internal events and initiatives.

Your Tasks

As an intern, you will support the team with a wide range of tasks, including:

• Creating schedules: coordinating timelines and deadlines for events and projects.
• Administrative support: ensuring accurate follow-up on documents and event-related administration.
• Preparing event guides: drafting detailed manuals and scripts to ensure smooth event execution.
• Creating crew lists: organizing and managing lists of staff and suppliers involved in events.
• Mailings: drafting and sending emails to stakeholders, partners, and participants.
• Taking meeting minutes: recording and sharing key action points after meetings.
• Supplier communication: maintaining relationships and coordinating appointments and deliveries.

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing a degree in event management, communication, spaneting, tourism, or a related field.
• You have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• You are flexible and have a proactive, hands-on mentality.
