Description:Home of the F-35 Lightning II, located at Lockheed Aeronautics Fort Worth, Texas, this position will support the Airforce Plant 4 Safety and Health Team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and manage complex projects while advancing strategic objectives within an ISO 45001 framework. This role requires strong analytical capability to identify and evaluate critical risks across ESH programs and operational areas, and to develop effective mitigation strategies. The individual will represent the ESH organization in leadership reviews, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations. Additionally, this position partners closely with production teams to drive proactive risk reduction, conduct thorough incident investigations, and champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a STEM discipline

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and be flexible to changing work environment.

- Experience with OSHA, radiation safety, hearing conservation, indoor air quality assessments and personal air sampling, root cause analysis and incident management.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in heavy manufacturing or aerospace industry, ideally in a Government-owned, Contractor-operated site.

- Experience working in a represented employee environment.

- Masters degree in a STEM discipline.

- Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
