Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Fuel Systems Maintenance Technicians / Fuel Tank Technicians to support aircraft maintenance operations in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
This role plays a key part in ensuring aircraft operational readiness, carrying out both on-aircraft and component-level fuel system maintenance within a regulated, safety-critical aviation environment. You will work closely with multiple engineering and support functions to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out fuel system maintenance tasks in accordance with approved Technical Orders
Perform on-aircraft maintenance, including installation, repair, modification, and testing of fuel systems
Undertake component maintenance, including inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and functional testing
Ensure compliance with all procedures outlined in the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)
Maintain strict tool control and FOD prevention standards
Manage spare parts requirements using the Gold ESP logistics system
Execute Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and special inspections as directed
Support and provide guidance to training programmes and assigned trainees
Interface with engineering and support departments to resolve technical issues
Maintain accurate completion of all maintenance documentation and records
Essential Skills & Experience
Completion of a recognised aircraft maintenance apprenticeship or ONC with relevant military training
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operational aircraft environment (or 3 years on type)
Experience in fuel systems or aircraft systems maintenance
Strong understanding of aviation technical publications and maintenance procedures
Familiarity with RSAF or equivalent military technical documentation
Strong communication skills with ability to discuss technical issues clearly
Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multi-national engineering team
High standards of housekeeping, safety, and FOD control
Valid driving licence required
HF (Human Factors) and WOME (Working On Military Equipment) trained

Report all incidents, hazards, and near misses in line with company requirements
Support risk mitigation activities, including audits and compliance checks
Maintain high standards of airworthiness, safety, and operational compliance

Overseas deployment based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
