Job Description:

Salary: 25,300 (Full Time Salary), 12,481 (Part Time Salary) plus shift pay and excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern), Part Time (18.5 hours on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern)

Shifts: Full or Part Time shifts available, working on a 7 day rotational pattern, Mon - Sun from 05:00 - 23:00

Location: London Heathrow Airport

Contract: Permanent

We’re searching for warm, hands-on, and professional people for our award winning lounges at London Heathrow. As Clubhouse Crew, youll build a memorable and lasting experience by delivering outstanding customer service, whilst you serve delicious meals and signature drinks to our Upper Class and Frequent Flyer guests.

You’ll be ready to tackle each challenge as it comes, and spot opportunities to promote amazing products and services, adding your own dash of Virgin flair - creating magnificent moments to wow our customers!

Day to day

Some of your key roles and responsibilities will be:

Welcoming our guests with a warm, friendly smile and introducing them to our Clubhouse and Revivals lounge
Tantalise our customers taste buds with our delicious, seasonal menu and signature cocktails
With each plate placed, and every glass poured, youre not just delivering food and drink, youre delivering an immersive culinary experience
To create a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation before each journey, by maintaining a spotlessly clean and relaxing environment for guests to relax and unwind in
Play a pivotal part of the team, to ensure our customers needs are met at every opportunity from serving them their first drink to clearing in their plates, or simply offering them a glass of bubbly!

Are you customer service expert with experience in face-to-face interactions and delivering the most amazing service in a hospitality environment?

Our Clubhouses are open 365 days a year, 7 days a week from early morning to late at night

Thinking of applying? Were looking for:

Minimum 6 months experience working in a food and beverage, hospitality environment is essential for this role
Previous experience of delivering excellent customer experience, where attention to detail and a tailored service is expected
Confident working in a fast paced environment, where youll be on your feet for long periods of time serving our Clubhouse guests
Have the ability to prioritise and multi task a series of food and drink requests from our customers and colleagues
Free to work different shifts between 05:00am and 23:00pm, including some weekends and bank holidays
Able to acquire an airside pass ID that permits you to enter and work in restricted areas of London Heathrow airport
