Role IntroductionThe Cabin Crew Operations – Briefing Officer sits under the Inflight Service Delivery Department mainly responsible for maintaining the daily operations and ensuring operational smoothness in the briefing office. You will be responsible for assisting in updating the latest information on the respective team site and providing daily operational-related support to various functional areas in Operations Support.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily interaction with the cabin crew front line team in managing service failures and providing solutions to problems and handle daily operations cases
- Ensure smooth running of the briefing office and operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations including liaising with Crew Operations on sick leave replacement, roster changes, flight disruptions, and providing information and clear communication to cabin crew and other departments when required
- Prepare all pre-flight materials for operational cabin crew and assist with the administration of Pre-flight Safety and Emergency Questions
- Be familiar with and able to assist crew with all queries related to rostering and operational needs in addition to maintaining up-to-date regulatory information for the crew to access
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sickness statistics to all managers
- Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements- Vocational or specialised training or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
- Detail-minded, with sound analytical skills and numerical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Knowledge of aircrew environment and culture
