We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Partner – People & Culture to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role is a key partner to business leaders, helping to shape and deliver people strategies that support business goals while promoting a positive and high-performing culture.
Tasks- Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
- Support and lead change initiatives, including restructures and transformation projects
- Coach and guide managers to strengthen leadership capability
- Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies
- Use people data and insights to support decision-making

Lufthansa Technik Sofia is part of the Lufthansa Technik base maintenance network. It performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus 320 family and Boeing B737 Classic and B737 NG. The company is situated at Sofia airport and operates since October 2008.

Requirements- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role – minimum 3 years
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Able to work both strategically and hands-on
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing change and transformation
