The ATR Fleet Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service are maintained at all times.  The Captain shall ensure that each flight is conducted in accordance with applicable regulations where safety and security are the primary considerations.  This role will be responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft, and safety and security of its occupants and cargo at all times.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License with the appropriate ratings.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a First Officer or Captain.
• At least 5000 flight hours in commercial aviation, including 2,000 hours on the ATR aircraft.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience on other aircraft types -  EMB120/EMB45.
• Ability to speak more than one (1) language would be an asset.
