Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (occasional weekends and late days)

Pay Range: $30–$45/hour (DOE)

• Assemble and validate mission-critical flight hardware, including mechanical and electrical components, cables, harnesses, and power systems.
• Work from detailed engineering drawings and procedures to ensure precision and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers on prototype builds, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and report any non-conformances to maintain the highest standards.
• Support optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment upkeep.

• Hands-on experience with electromechanical assembly, wiring, and testing.
• Skilled in using hand tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and reading blueprints/schematics.
• Knowledge of ESD practices and aerospace-quality standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment.
• U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance.

Preferred: Technical training or certifications in electronics or mechanical assembly.

This is a Contract position based out of Littleton, CO.
