Join our team as a Conventional Machinist, where youll operate and set up conventional lathe machines to repair and overhaul aircraft components. This role is crucial in ensuring the high-quality maintenance of essential aviation parts.

• Operate conventional lathe machines for the repair and overhaul of aircraft components.
• Perform set up of machines and ensure accurate operation.
• Work from drawings, sketches, and conduct reverse engineering to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with shop personnel and engineering teams.
• Utilize equipment such as mills, lathes, and grinders efficiently.

• Minimum 3 years experience with machining.
• Proficiency in operating and setting up conventional lathe machines.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Strong focus on conventional machines, excluding CNC experience.

Our work environment is a dynamic FAA Repair Station, specializing in the repair and overhaul of various components, with a particular focus on landing gear. The facility operates on a first shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
