Role Summary
* Your role is to support building activities for mechanical assemblies, heavy structure drill out, bonding, fastener installation, assembling components, and wire harness installations. You will build, modify, install, troubleshoot, and repair components and structural assemblies used in the production of product lines. You will bridge hands-on mechanical work and execute planned work through work orders, designs, computer models, processes, and procedures. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies.
* Experience with composites, titanium, sheet metal, riveting, fastening, wiring, tubing, and basic machining.
* Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and technical data.
* Experience using tooling, including torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication with engineers and teammates.
* Regular and predictable attendance. Preferred Skills

* Certifications (A&P), specialty training, or equivalent experience. Job Duties & Functions

* Fabricate and assemble components using standard hand/power tools and precision instruments.
* Maintain accurate buy-offs of completed work, inspections, and non-conformances.
* Collaborate with engineers to suggest design changes and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control.
