SECURITY AND CENTRAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT 

The Management Trainee, reporting to the Aviation Security Manager, Group Operations, plays a pivotal role in providing support to the Security and Central Services department. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department. The Management Trainee will be involved in various tasks, including handling security related information, presentation material preparation and data gathering for reports while also supporting the security department with some operational tasks. This role is designed to provide valuable learning opportunities and growth within the organization.  

Responsibilities: 

• Handling Security Related Information: 

• • Processing authority requests 

• • Running data collection tasks to complete reports to authorities. 

• • Formulating and drafting official replies to authorities.  

• Presentation Material Preparation:  

• • Collaborate with department managers to prepare presentation materials.  

• • Format documents, slides, and visual aids for internal and external presentations.  

• • Ensure that presentation materials adhere to organizational standards.  

• Data Gathering and Input:  

• • Gather data from various sources for use in reports and presentations.  

• • Input data accurately into relevant systems and databases.  

• • Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies when necessary.  

• Collaboration:  

• • Work closely with department managers and other team members to meet project and reporting deadlines.  

• • Communicate effectively and proactively with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow.  

• Learning and Development:  

• • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.  

• • Seek opportunities for professional growth within the organization.  

• Documentation and Records Management:  

• • Organize and maintain departmental documents and records.  

• • Implement and manage a filing system to ensure easy retrieval of information.  

• Ad Hoc Tasks:  

• • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the Security Department.  

Requirements: 

• English fluency 

• Graduating within 2 years from university 

• Active student status at a Hungarian university for at least 1 more year  

• Ability to work at least 20 hours/week 

• Strong MS Office knowledge 

• Previous traineeship experience is an advantage
