We would like to give an opportunity for young talents in their final 1–2 years of university studies, passionate about aviation, spaneting, and the dynamic world of travel, to fly into the world of Wizz Air. As part of our Headquarters team in Budapest, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of spaneting and commercial activities while working alongside industry experts in one of Europe’s fastest-growing airlines. 

Over a period of 1–2 years, you will contribute to live projects with real business impact, support cross-functional initiatives, and gain exposure to strategic areas of the business, including spaneting campaigns, partnerships, and airport development activities. This programme is designed to help ambitious talents build their careers at Wizz Air, with the potential to land a full-time role afterwards. 

MARKETING DEPARTMENT  

Marketing is responsible for building Wizz Air’s brand awareness across our focus spanets through regional campaigns, social media, sponsorships, influencer collaborations, PR activations, and large-scale spaneting stunts. We also oversee brand governance, onboard media channels, and support commercial growth initiatives together with several internal departments. 

As part of the team, you will not only support spaneting execution but also gain exposure to strategic airline partnerships, airport collaborations, and commercial development projects that shape Wizz Air’s network growth across Europe and beyond. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support the day-to-day execution of regional spaneting campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and partnership channels 

• Coordinate with creative, media, and social agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign delivery 

• Assist with airport spaneting agreements, partnership activations, and airport development-related projects 

• Support sponsorships, influencer campaigns, events, and special spaneting activations 

• Maintain and organise internal brand materials and the Wizz Air Brand Hub according to brand guidelines 

• Prepare presentations, reports, competitor overviews, and campaign performance summaries 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Commercial, Communications, Network Development, Airport Development, and Procurement 

• Provide operational support for ongoing strategic spaneting and commercial initiatives 

Requirements: 

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken 

• Graduating within 2 years from university 

• Active student status at a Hungarian university for at least 1 more year 

• Ability to work at least 20 hours/week 

• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Excel 

• Digital-savvy mindset with interest in social media, digital trends, and content creation 

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative/design tools is an advantage 

• Interest in AI-driven spaneting tools, digital innovation, and emerging spaneting technologies is a plus 

• Previous traineeship or internship experience is an advantagePrevious traineeship or internship experience is an advantage
