OnsiteThis position is responsible for coordinating, interpreting, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) National Industrial Security Program, the NSA COMSEC Manual, and other government agency directives. This positions main area of focus will be to support the Facility Security Officer and COMSEC Manager.

What YOU will do:
Maintaining accountability, control, and destruction of COMSEC and classified material in support of DoD programs in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (32 CFR Part 117) and NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16 requirements.
Ordering, receiving, and transferring Cryptographic keys.
Assisting in the shipment, receipt, and accountability of COMSEC materials.
Conducting semi-annual/annual inventory of COMSEC and classified material.
Developing and implementing security procedures to ensure accountability and control of COMSEC and classified material.
Assisting in the maintenance of security awareness programs.
Assisting in conducting annual self-inspections.
Verifying the identification, clearance level, and need-to-know of any individual requesting access to COMSEC or classified material.
Providing professional support and customer service to coworkers as well as internal and external customers daily.
Operating in accordance with corporate and division policies and practices.
Complying with accepted business ethics.
Qualifications you must have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Must obtain Secret Security clearance within 12 months following start of employment.

The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
