As a Small Business Compliance Sr Administrator youll identify, evaluate and develop programs to increase sourcing from, and contract awards to, diverse businesses such as Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Historically Black Colleges/University and Minority Institutions (HBCUs/MIs). Youll participate in and monitor contracting and subcontracting processes, pre-proposal activities, and procurement procedures to ensure the maximum participation for all classes of diverse businesses. Youll recertify suppliers annually, and update the supplier information in our Costpoint financial and accounting system, as well as develop subcontracting plans, include percentages and dollar goals for participation of SB concerns for Federal Agency contracts, proposals, and modifications. Youll perform all job functions independently, including leading, supporting, and training SB team on projects.
Our team is responsible for government affairs, international strategy, international business, and trade and regulatory compliance. We provide strategic guidance across the organization, helping to find alignment and compliance between SNC and the national security priorities of the U.S. government.
Responsibilities
- Development and execute Small Business Subcontracting Programs
- Identify new and potential Small Business firms to support potential and ongoing SNC Programs
- Develop and Manage Mentor Protégé Agreements
- Manage SNCs Supplier Data Base Registrations
- Submit ISRs and SSRs in eSRS
- Conduct outreach events for Small Businesses
- Develop new compliance programs for Small Business utilization
- Work with program teams to monitor Small Business Subcontracting efforts
- Train SNC personnel on Small Business utilization
- Attend industry Small Business events
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as it applies to Supplier Diversity and procurement processes
- Experience managing small business plans as they relate to the FAR
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Certification by ISM (Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs and Material Management software knowledge
- Background with Adobe Acrobat
- Comprehensive written, verbal, analytical and general accounting skills

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
