The Senior Manager of Hospitality and Supplier Partnerships duty is to ensure that the hospitality department is standardized, provides a consistent product and operates from facilities that allow for the customer to experience the JSX product at its highest level.

Fine Print:
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring controls are consistently maintained via WASP, coordinating with the inventory specialist, finance, and supervisors for optimal stock and equipment levels.
- Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring continuous and transparent communication with leadership and the Marketing team, keeping the VP of Hospitality informed of all critical issues and updates.
- Engage with vendors and customers on a weekly basis to ensure alignment on core activities, operational standards, and outcome achievement.
- Maintain approved catering stations and provide direction to staff for operational support, coordinating with inventory specialists, finance, and supervisors.
- Responsible for procurement and RFP process as needed for hospitality supply items.
- Monitor quality results, evaluate processes, redesign workflows, and implement necessary changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee assessments of customer satisfaction related to facilities, products, and onboard/lounges, etc. and evaluate performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Partner effectively with all support departments to enhance operational efficiency and cohesion across departments.
- Set and monitor staff goals, assign responsibilities, establish priorities, and conduct annual performance reviews. Support and mentor staff through a collaborative approach, establishing clear expectations and fostering growth.
- High level of flexibility regarding oversight during busy periods as required by the business (essential requirement)
- Superior management skills: ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers. (essential requirement)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior management role within the hospitality and/or aviation industry required. (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks:
Compensation range is $80,000- $90,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
