ABOUT THE JOB
- In cooperation with the Food & Beverage Manager, prepares hotel restaurants for daily operations
- Plans, organizes, and supervises restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, overall efficiency, and hygiene standards
- Manages restaurant staff to ensure performance aligns with established standards
- Inspects restaurant areas to ensure proper setup, including décor, lighting, and air conditioning before service begins
- Monitors the flow of service during meal periods to ensure smooth operations
- Reviews and analyzes food and beverage pricing and proposes adjustments
ABOUT YOU
- Secondary school qualification (SSS/VKV or equivalent)
- Minimum of three years of experience in similar positions
- At least five years of experience in team management
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage
- A creative, motivated, responsible, and communicative individual with strong leadership, organizational, and business management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
