Job Title: Project Manager | Position Summary Coordinate with Management and other Stakeholders to implement new or modified products from design concept to production implementation. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and maintenance of requirements documents, schedules, manpower resource requirements and loading charts, budgets, risk, issues, opportunities, and other such management tools for the execution of assigned projects. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within aircraft design & manufacturing. Relies on the instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Essential Job Functions Initiate, plan, execute, control and close assigned projects Conduct meetings and group decision making process Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project team Keep Management and others informed about project status and issues Create program presentations & briefings Develop and maintain project governing documents; o Requirements o Statement of Work o Risk, Issues & Opportunity o Cost o Schedule Create and maintain integrated project schedules including coordination of resources Maintains oversight of assigned projects to ensure they remain within scope, schedule and budget parameters Track and report cost and schedule performance Interface with vendors, ensuring necessary procurement of parts and materials for specific projects Prepares technical reports Administer project databases Perform other related duties as required
