Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of work packages

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met Support project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and identify risks or blockers

Participate in team meetings and track updates across integrated product teams (IPTs)

Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement at a program level

Assist with process improvement initiatives and documentation across the product line

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project)

Prior internship or leadership experience in a team environment

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
