Product Manager. Payments

If youre a customer centric rockstar with a growth mindset, then we want you on our team! At BigPay, were revolutionising the FinTech space, and were looking for a passionate Product Manager superstar to join our mission.

Youll play a critical role in leading and growing the Payments Squad. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is commercially driven, passionate about payments, acquiring, and building great customer and product experiences. You’ll work closely with and lead a cross-functional team to understand customers, and design initiatives to contribute to BigPay’s mission and delivery of differentiated products. You’ll own the outcomes of your squad’s work. 

Heres what youll get to do:

  • Conduct spanet and customer research to identify the features or enhancements that solve pain points customers care about.

  • Champion customer outcomes to ensure customers are at the heart of everything we build, and facilitate critical thinking and decision making to this end

  • Work closely with the Head of Product and Squad Members to define the Product Strategy, prioritize initiatives, propose roadmaps, refine feature ideas, and maintain existing features based on data, customer feedback and business objectives. 

  • Constant health check on product performance and work on product enhancements and improvements, including bug fixing, regulatory/audit/mandatory changes

  • Identify key growth levers across the user journey (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) and develop data-driven strategies to optimize growth.

  • Design customer experience and end-to-end user journeys.

  • Build detailed product requirements, including acceptance criteria.

  • Build detailed timelines of work plan and prepare comprehensive checklists to ensure integrity of the product, timeliness including compliance with regulatory requirements (BNM,MAS, and BOT)

  • Work with stakeholders outside the squad to operationalize the product (Legal and compliance, finance, data, operations, CE, etc.)

  • Work with spaneting to create the GTM plan and to ensure products are well received at all times to improve adoption raters outside the squad to operationalize the product (Legal and compliance, finance, data, risk, operations)

  • Keep up with cutting-edge and emerging technologies relevant to the fintech domain.


Were looking for someone with:

  • 5 to 8+ years in product management

  • Experience working in Payments product, operations or commercial teams, in B2C or B2B

  • Understanding of the product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.

  • Some experience working in a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

  • Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.

  • Effective leadership, organizational, communication and execution skills.

  • A "can-do" attitude, bias towards action and a self starter.
