Role title
People Operations Programme Manager
Your role
The People Operations Programme Manager is responsible for designing, planning, executing, and evaluating HR projects that sits within People Operations. They will serve as the bridge between senior leadership, HR teams, and other departments to ensure programmes are aligned with business needs, executed on time, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize People programmes that align with the Aer Lingus’ goals and values.
- Define objectives, deliverables, and metrics for success, embedding a results-oriented approach into all HR initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of People Operations programmes, coordinating with People team members and other cross functional partners to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, summarising key developments, obstacles, and progress toward goals.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
- Interpret data trends and patterns to assess programme effectiveness and identify areas for strategic adjustments.
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear, accessible manner, helping to inform decision-making and demonstrate programme impact.
- Utilise data analytics to track the effectiveness of HR programmes, identifying areas of improvement and refining strategies as needed.
- Establish KPIs for programmes and measure outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Partner with People and change management teams to drive successful adoption of new programmes, minimising disruption and enhancing employee experience.
- Partner with change and communications to develop strategies that foster transparency and understanding, increasing buy-in and support for People initiatives.
- Monitor employee feedback and adapt programmes to improve employee experience continuously.
Your qualifications and key criteria
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in People programme or project management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in O365 suite, project management tools and data analysis.
- Smart Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Other Requirements: Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and change management techniques.
