What are our expectations:
The Finance team is looking for a dynamic and organized person who wishes to contribute to the achievement of business objectives. You will be expected to maintain a healthy project within the project budget and ensure compliance to project governance.
Required qualification and skills:
- Graduate, Chartered Accountant or MBA with 6-10 years of progressive and relevant experience in a medium or large company in related field (finance, accounting, business commerce).
- Outstanding communication in English both verbal and written is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, Word and other applicable software
- SAP (FICO and MM module) is mandatory
- Independently driven finance automation initiatives
- Ability to sustain a high level of pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, communicator, autonomous with a positive attitude.
- Team management experience.
Role and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for finance business partnering with various business finance teams.
- Design and implement forecast and performance management processes to institute accountability and alignment across business units.
- Responsible for providing financial support for planning and control, P&L management, consolidation and reporting of financial results.
- Responsibilities will also include modeling, analyzing, and summarizing information into financial plans, operating forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Proactively provide view of risks/opportunities and other forward-looking information to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and provide recommendations based on analysis performed on various aspects of actual spend vs forecast/plans.
- Perform revenue/ expense analysis at cost center level, reconciliation of accounts, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Ensure that financial operations are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Manage financial risks and take proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Ensuring process documentation is always updated and backup plans are in place.
- Ensuring all activities are performed on time with utmost accuracy and all key financial metrics are tracked and reported as agreed.
- Perform administrative activities associated with procurement.
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Work independently with senior finance stakeholders with minimum supervision and support them in delivering business value.
- Lead and drive projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, segment and functional finance leaders, and external partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Experience in working in teams.
Work Environnent:
- Travel : Domestic and maybe international
- Working on weekends based on financial closure requirements
