Purpose of Position
The Manager, Associate Sales Executives is responsible for leading and developing a team of Associate Sales Executives (ASEs) to drive new business and build relationships with prospective Owners. The core functions of this role include coaching ASEs through the sales process, setting and tracking team performance goals, and collaborating with senior sales leadership to align sales strategies. The Manager will ensure ASEs are prospecting, developing interest, closing sales, and transitioning new Owners smoothly to Account Executives and Owner Services. This role plays a critical part in the overall development of ASEs, preparing them for advancement within the NetJets sales organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities
•Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Associate Sales Executives (ASEs) to achieve individual and team sales goals.
•Monitor and assess ASE performance, providing feedback, guidance, and development opportunities.
•Set clear expectations for lead generation, prospecting, and sales cycle progression, ensuring each ASE is following best practices.
•Collaborate with senior sales leadership to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for market growth.
•Facilitate communication between ASEs, Sales Executives, and other departments (e.g., Owner Services, Account Executives) to ensure a seamless sales and handoff process.
•Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities within Salesforce.com and other tools.
•Support ASEs in their travel to meet prospective Owners and participate in events.
•Provide regular reporting on team performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to sales leadership.
•Stay informed on NetJets products, services, and competitors to support ASEs in positioning NetJets effectively within the marketplace.

Education
Bachelor's in Business Management or related field
