ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Lead Architect, you will not only bring expertise in artificial intelligence, future trends, emerging cloud technologies, customer centric thinking and design thinking, but also play a critical role in driving transformation and innovation within Information Services. Being able to successfully support its wider vision, it requires the ability to AI & Data Science, Continuous development: Tech curiosity, Customer-Centric Thinking & Thought Leadership.
As Lead Architect, you are accountable for shaping how business strategy is translated into a coherent, sustainable Information Systems landscape. You work across domains and initiatives to guide architectural direction, reduce complexity, and enable execution.
Reporting to the Information Services Portfolio Architect, you are part of the Architecture team responsible for strengthening enterprise architecture capabilities across business domains, projects, and architecture layers, supporting the long-term transformation of the Information Systems landscape.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Shape enterprise architecture roadmaps that connect business strategy to concrete system evolution
- Define and evolve the target Information Systems landscape, balancing value, risk, and feasibility
- Translate business objectives into clear architectural direction and solution principles
- Guide major initiatives with architecture decisions that enable delivery, not slow it down
- Drive architecture governance focused on consistency, reuse, and long-term sustainability
- Build and maintain LeanIX as an information and decision-support tool
- Define and promote technology standards and reusable patterns across teams
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they create measurable value
- Facilitate cross-domain alignment between business, data, security, and delivery stakeholders
- Ensure roadmaps account for security, reliability, performance, and operational constraint
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Demonstrated ability in future trends by anticipating technology and industry shifts and translating them into enterprise architecture directions that support long-term business strategy
- Demonstrated ability in emerging cloud technologies by assessing cloud platforms and patterns and aligning them with enterprise needs to improve scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency
- Demonstrated ability in customer centric thinking by ensuring architectural decisions are driven by real customer needs and measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability in design thinking by structuring complex problems into clear solution options that balance user experience, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Demonstrated ability in artificial intelligence by identifying and framing AI use cases at enterprise level and guiding their integration into architecture roadmaps to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
- You have 6-8 years of experience in the IT field
- You have 1–3 years of experience in enterprise or strategic architecture roles
- You communicate complex topics in simple, decision-oriented language
- You are comfortable influencing without authority across teams and domains
- You think outcomes and impact, not just outputs
- You understand system and technology integration in complex environments
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with enterprise architecture governance tools (e.g., LeanIX)
- Working knowledge of information security and network architecture
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives
