Honeywells ACST team is seeking a SR. IT Engineering Manager for our Golden Valley, MN location. In this role, you will identify and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions to meet the demands of the ACST business and engineering teams.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Hands on IT manager of the team that supports ACST across multiple sites and services.
- Owns and optimizes implementation, maintenance, and support of IT applications to meet business needs.
- Lead the Desktop Support function to provide excellent customer service to internal users.
- Researching and identifying IT solutions and technologies that put ACST in the best position to respond to current and future business demands
- Liaise between parties to understand requirements and how to be the best change agent in the organization
- Build and retain a strong technical team
- Excellent people management, interpersonal, delegation skills
- Ability to provide metrics to Sr. Leadership
- Manage financial aspects of the Department, including purchasing and budgeting
- Periodic work before or after hours to complete system and network updates
- Up to 15 travel required depending on location
- Other tasks as assigned
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 8+ years experience in building, operating, supporting, and securing IT solutions.
- Experience with building and supporting a VDI environment
- 5+ years experience with managing technical staff.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.

- Experience managing networks serving High Performance Computing
- Experience with leveraging VMWare Horizon

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. This position is incentive eligible. Please note that thissalary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers variousfactors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope andresponsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, educationand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
