Honeywell is hiring a Human Resources Manager to sit on-site at our Urbana, OH location. As a Human Resources Manager here at Honeywell, you will provide supportto multiple business functions and business groups, ensuring effective HRstrategies and practices are implemented. You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to identify business needs and translate them into effective HR solutionsthat align with our organizational objectives.

You will report directly to our Director, Human Resources and you will work on-site (5-days a week) out of our Urbana, Ohio location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on ourorganization by driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, performancemanagement, employee relations, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies andinitiatives
  • Provide guidance and support ontalent acquisition, including recruitment and selection processes
  • Drive employee engagement initiativesto foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Manage employee relations issues andprovide coaching and counseling to employees and managers
  • Support performance managementprocesses and provide guidance on performance improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies,procedures, and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues toshare best practices and drive continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelors degree in HumanResources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an HRManager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices,policies, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationshipsand influence stakeholders
