The Global Site Activation (GSA) team is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Control Account Manager, supporting activations of new F135 maintenance and production centers. This includes initial and full capabilities for all U.S. and international MRO&U depots, as well Final Assembly & Check Out (FACO) centers, Multi-use Warehouses (MUW) and engine test cell facilities.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the GSA cost and schedule data using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) guidelines with minimal oversight; including timely and accurate monthly EV updates, variance explanations, and IMS narrative updates as required.
- Support Program Baselines, Program Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) reviews, and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR); Development and reporting of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Statement of Work (SOWs), and contract changes.
- Investigate and document in detail delays, changes in scope, and any other issues/risks that may arise and impact the scope of work, schedule, or budget.
- Present Risks and Opportunities at Program Office Risk Review, GSA Sustainment Risk Review and develop respective mitigation planning.
- Act as a financial and/or contract point-of-contact for the GSA Team, you will be required to effectively collaborate with the various GSA activation project leaders along with various ME Sustainment stakeholders including Program Management, Business Acquisitions, Proposals, Finance, other CAMS, and L3 Managers.
- You will also be responsible to produce and maintain standard work for all respective GSA
- CAM activities, while keeping Activation appraised of the respective procedures; Training and Development of the CAM Analyst
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Finance or Business Management with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in EVMS, project management, finance, or scheduling; or an advanced degree with 5+ years of similar relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Earned Value Management and/or Integrated Master Scheduling with government compliance contracts.
- Intermediate Proficiency in MS Excel & proficiency in MS PowerPoint, SAP, WebEVM, Empower, and familiarity with Primavera.
- Experience with military contracts, and ability to understand high level technical concepts.
- Ability to support a fast paced, dynamic, complex, and results-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, attentive to details, and demonstrated self-initiative.
- CORE Apprentice certification, with a strong interest in the continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
