About the job
The objective of the position is to provide data-based expert guidance that aligns our customers&39; maintenance operations with the overarching ways of working and strategy of the A220 C-Check Mission. The role translates ground-level operational data into clear, actionable business intelligence across functions into the C-Check operating teams, and acts as an essential bridge between operations and executive leadership through reporting on performance and improvement actions on behalf of the C-Check Mission. By establishing a strategic vision for end-to-end performance, the work ensures that the C-Check Mission is a driver for efficiency, reliability, and organizational accountability. .
Responsibilities to drive the overall A220 Program success for Satair
Primary Responsibilities in Strategic Leadership and Customer & Stakeholder Relations
Performance Accountability: The role defines and monitors KPIs to ensure that the improvements opportunities / agreed upon with the customer are actually realized by the operational teams.
Root Cause Leadership: The work leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues identified through data or customer feedback to minimize aircraft downtime.
Methodology & Solution Design: The work involves the preparation of required diagnoses and mature solution recommendations to be released by management
Process Standardization: The position collaborates with the entire Multi-functional Team (CRS, SM, Supply Engineering Front Desk) to standardize procedures, ensuring that improvements made for one check become the &34;new normal&34; for the entire Mission.
Customer-Driven Strategy: The work involves leading discussions with the customer to align on specific maintenance improvements, ensuring their feedback is integrated into the Mission&39;s strategic roadmap. This includes parts analysis and recommendations.
Closed-Loop Communication: The role is responsible for taking customer feedback and translating it back into the operational teams on an overall basis to drive systemic change.
Executive Translation: The position converts ground-level data and customer insights into &34;management language&34; for senior executive briefings within SATAIR and Airbus.
Operational Integration: The role evaluates and chooses new tools and innovations that specifically address the inefficiencies identified during the feedback process.

Tactical Diplomacy: The ability to navigate internal politics and build consensus across different departments (CRS, Supply Management, Supply Engineering Front Desk and all other A220 stakeholders) where no direct functional and disciplinary authority exists.
Strategic Communication: Skilled at translating complex operational issues into grounded, professional language for operational teams and at the same time for senior stakeholders and customers.
Conflict Resolution & Influence: The capacity to challenge the status quo and hold cross-functional teams accountable while maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships.
Customer Relationship Management: The ability to align customer expectations with operational realities, ensuring a productive feedback loop.
Professional Skills
Data Translation: Proficiency in taking complex technical and order related data sets and synthesizing them into clear, actionable reports for non-technical senior management.
Maintenance Methodology: Deep knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), reliability-centered maintenance, and the specific technical requirements of the A220 C-Check.
Strategic Project Management: Experience overseeing large-scale improvement projects from the initial business case to final deployment and review.
Predictive Analysis: The ability to use operational data to forecast future bottlenecks and recommend preventive actions before they impact the check schedule.
Translate and Display Data: Excellent presentation skills, both in creating slides decks and translating them to an operational and executive audience
Management & Leadership Skills
Tactical Influence (Matrix Management): The work requires holding internal operational teams (who do not have a direct reporting line to this role) accountable for implementing customer-led improvements.
Strategic Mission Steering: The work requires leading the performance of a Multi-Functional Team (MFT) structure - including 4 Head-ofs and 3 SVPs - to ensure the sustainability of targeted changes
Consensus Building: Success depends on the ability to align different functions (CRS, Supply Management, Supply Engineering Frontdesk and all A220 supporting operational functions) around a unified response to customer feedback.
Accountability Mentoring: The role mentors program teams to move beyond &34;fixing tasks&34; to owning the &34;end-to-end&34; performance of the C-Check Mission.
Education:
A Master&39;s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Aerospace or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to conduct multi-functional projects in a complex environment with different entities
Ability to analyze processes and structures like a consultant, to identify process gaps and to propose work arounds
Ability to think creatively and crosswise during development of new strategies, but at the same time being precise and hands-on at its implementation
Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes downstream/upstream
Ability negotiate budgets needs
Ability to build and present decision papers and marketing pitches
Ability to develop commercial agreements and converting lead
Decision Making:
Strategic: The Program Manager makes high-impact decisions and recommendations that shape the A220 Spares business. This includes developing new strategies to maximize profitability, negotiating budget needs, and building business cases to prepare for the future.
Tactical: The role involves taking decisions on pricing policies, resolving disputes with upstream/downstream partners, and building and presenting decision papers or marketing pitches to influence key stakeholders.
Operational: The position requires the ability to manage projects hands-on, and provide direct support to ensure the successful implementation of defined strategies and initiatives.
