Job Description:
The Jobholder will lead the Belgium Training Centre Support Services and perform a Program Representative role being the only focal point in front of the customer in all of issues relative to the service support.
The expertise located in this area is also used as a Training Centres Service Asset to supply knowledge to other programs. In this way, other Training Centres Management (as required) could be also carried out by the Jobholder
The Jobholder reports to the Head of Training Centres Services and will coordinate its actions also with the A400M Training Programme Representative and with A400M BELUX SPM.
The Jobholder operationally leads the delivery of the In-Service Support contract including:
• Training Center Maintenance & Operations
• Instructor Operations maintaining the A400M BeLux NTC indoctrination and quality
• Courses/Mission Scenarios and Database Development Operations customization
• A400M Training Contractual performance commitments delivery
• High quality courses customization and training aids scenario generation
• CoCs support and insight for the benefit of BELUX DEFENCE AIR COMPONENT training service.
Competences required
Educational Qualifications:
Engineering Degree
Experience at management level of services
Experience with Military customer
Good knowledge of Aviation Regulations
General knowledge in A400M platform
Legal / Financial basic knowledge
NATO Nationality or capability to achieve National Security accreditation
Technical knowledge areas:
Simulators and Training Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Training Delivery Management
Training Centre Management
IT Service Management
Facility Management.
Professional skills:
Engineering
Project Management
Service Management
Military environment knowledge
Good presentation skills
Fluent English (negotiation level)
Ability to support company’s position during meetings in front of customers.
