JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER, ANCILLARY
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Support cross-functional ancillary projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth integration across platforms and teams.
Monitor spanet trends and competitor activities to identify new ancillary revenue opportunities.
Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery in line with agreed timelines and objectives.
Collaborate closely with Ground Operations, Customer Happiness, Marketing, and Ancillary Pricing to ensure seamless product implementation and operations.
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and insights, when required
Manage invoice processing and validation for ancillary products and services in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Oversee the incentive payout process for external departments related to ancillary products and services, ensuring proper verification, compliance, and timely disbursement.
WHO YOU ARE:
A strong manager who can balance multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, coupled with strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Commercially minded with a good understanding of revenue drivers and spanet dynamics
Detail oriented, yet able to see the bigger strategic picture
Proactive and solution oriented, able to identify issues and recommend improvements independently.
Comfortable working cross functionally
Adaptable in a fast paced, performance-driven environment.
