Monitors the quantity and quality of work performance of assigned Air logistics personnel.
Directs personnel within assigned functional area.
Participates in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; training subordinates.
Maybe required to communicate with Airport Board officials and individual customers.
Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
Maintains and controls all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA requirements.
Ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations and contractual agreements.
Reads, understands and clarifies the implementation of the site-specific security plan and ensure that all WFS staff are issued with a relevant company ID and that they are required to display this identity badge.
Administers practices in a fair and equitable manner, where all employees, customers, vendors and other third parties are treated with respect.
