Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structures Mechanic to join our team in Medford, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft structures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot aircraft structural components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a structures mechanic in the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft structural repair techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license preferred.

Work Enviroment:

Aircraft hanger and shop areas supporting civilian and military shop hangers.

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4pm, overtime avaliable.
