In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Interpret and apply technical manuals, service bulletins, and FAA documents.
• Inspect, repair, and replace aircraft sheet metal per manuals, FAA rules, and company procedures.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine fabrication and installation methods.
• Plan, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal using material and machining knowledge.
• Choose appropriate metal or nonmetal material based on specifications.
• Mark dimensions and reference lines using layout tools and math skills.
• Perform equipment repairs and general shop maintenance.
• Record component removals and complete proper identification and routing tags.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
• Document all work per FAA and company standards.

This is a hands-on role supporting a 24/7 operation. Flexibility is required, including availability for day, evening, weekend, and 12-hour shifts.

What You Bring:

• Valid driver’s license
• A License (A&P) or Repairmen’s certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret and follow technical instructions and FAA requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work at both our Tucson or Marana locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Aircraft sheet metal experience
• Post-secondary education or formal training in aircraft maintenance
