Role Summary
* In this role, you will provide essential electrical repair, modification, and maintenance support for the employer’s military aviation programs, directly contributing to warfighter readiness and global security. You will work within an agile MRO environment that emphasizes safety, first-time quality, collaboration, and innovation while performing electrical work on P-8 aircraft at the Jacksonville facility. You will ensure accurate work recording, compliance with regulatory requirements, and consistent adherence to established processes while supporting aircraft components, military derivatives, and fighter systems. Education & Job Requirements You must have:
* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* A minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience
* B737, P-8, or other aircraft experience
* The ability to properly handle fiber
* The ability to terminate and install wire bundles and read blueprint schematics
* The ability to work without supervision
* The ability to work variable shifts (1st shift 5:00 AM–1:30 PM or 2nd shift 2:00 PM–10:30 PM)
* The ability to climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and lift up to 35 lbs
* The ability to work at heights and obtain Fall Protection Certification
* Successful completion of required OJT or classroom training (assignment contingency)
* Eligibility to meet standard workplace physical and safety requirements Job Duties / Functions You will:
* Perform aircraft electrical work on P-8 aircraft in support of military aviation programs
* Execute maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks in accordance with established processes and regulatory requirements
* Work with aircraft components, military commercial derivatives, and fighter aircraft systems
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of work records and documentation
* Maintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards
* Operate within an agile MRO environment focused on safety, first-time quality, and collaboration
* Work at heights using fall-protection equipment as required
* Support ongoing mission readiness by contributing to a strong, ethical, innovative, and team-oriented workplace
* Maintain predictable and regular attendance and follow all facility requirements
