PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): · Ensure that you present yourself in a professional manner and appearance in a day-to-day contact with customers, guests and co-workers. · Document all OJT to build experience portfolio. · Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards · Utilize the applicable technical data relative to work performed including but not limited to: maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, repair and modifications · Learn the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/ Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of the normally assigned duties · Acquire a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135 as required · Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM/QCM · Maintain good housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5Ssystem of “sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain” · Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety · Observe and administer company rules and regulations and safety policy and standard operating procedures |
