Youll be at the forefront of ensuring quality and compliance for our landing gear components. From LRUs and sub-assemblies to complete MLGs, your expertise will guarantee that every product meets the highest standards. Working within a collaborative team, youll manage inspections from initial documentation through to EASA sign-off—helping us deliver excellence every time.

What youll be doing
•tInspect key products to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards.
•tAct as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
•tEvaluate and resolve non-conformities using sound technical judgment.
•tSupport production schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
•tDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat non-conformances.

Job Requirements:

What you'll bring
•\tApprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, plus extensive inspection experience.
•\tStrong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques.
•\tAbility to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence.
•\tExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coach and support others.
•\tAdaptability and flexibility to work across multiple shift patterns, including weekends.
