Key Responsibilities- Assemble mechanical and/or electronic devices and assemblies referring to engineering specs, prints, layouts and/or verbal instructions.
- Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.
- Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment.
- Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required.
- Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.
- Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.
- Disassembles, replaces parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.
- Perform electronic troubleshooting at the level consistent with the schooling required as indicated at the end of this job description.
- May assist or instruct other Electro-Mechanical Builders or employees at lower labor grades.
The annual base salary range for this position is <$30.03/hr>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more classes of progressive electronics training from an accredited college or university. (Intro to Electronics I and II, etc)
WE VALUE- Handles lightweight parts and materials.

- Occasionally handles heavy fixtures.
