Job Title: Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic to perform inspections, repairs, services, and modifications to helicopter airframes and engines. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles as applied to aviation and the ability to work overtime and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, services, and modifications to helicopter airframe and engines.
- Move and position aircraft in the hangar and on the flight line.
- Work overtime and travel as needed.
- Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities associated with supporting the daily operations activities of the Part 145 repair station.
Essential Skills- 3+ years of helicopter maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles as applied to aviation.
- Ability to use and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and technical publications.
- Experience performing inspections.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- FAA Airframe & Powerplant Licenses is preferred but not required.
