Airframe And Powerplant Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic to perform inspections, repairs, services, and modifications to helicopter airframes and engines. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles as applied to aviation and the ability to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, services, and modifications to helicopter airframe and engines.
• Move and position aircraft in the hangar and on the flight line.
• Work overtime and travel as needed.
• Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities associated with supporting the daily operations activities of the Part 145 repair station.

• 3+ years of helicopter maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles as applied to aviation.
• Ability to use and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and technical publications.
• Experience performing inspections.

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant Licenses is preferred but not required.
