Job Title: Aircraft MechanicJob Description
We are currently seeking an Aircraft Mechanic with rotary wing experience. Experience with LUH-72, EC-145, EC-135, AS350, or BK-117 is highly desirable but not required. This position involves performing repairs and installations on LUH-72, H-125, H-145, and BK-117 aircraft as part of a retrofit program. The role is an indefinite contract with the potential for direct conversion.
Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components.
- Work from three-dimensional blueprints, sketches, diagrams, technical manuals, work orders, inspection reports, and other similar documentation.
- Conduct functional checks of systems to ensure proper function.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctions or failures in aircraft systems, including aircraft equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant, and engine controls.
- Identify failures and determine corrective actions to restore systems to required operating specifications and standards.
Essential Skills
- 4+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Rotary wing experience.
- Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctions in various aircraft systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- A&P license is nice to have but not required.

Work Environment
Work in a hangar/OEM environment, primarily on the 1st shift from Monday to Thursday. There may be occasional work on Fridays and Saturdays. Current contractors average 45-50 hours per week.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.50/hr.
