Job Description:

As an A&P Mechanic II, youll work in an environment equipped with the tools and trust to tackle any aircraft maintenance issue. This position will allow you to take charge of daily operations and contribute to our reputation for excellence in aviation repair and maintenance.

What You Will Do:

  • Use sound judgment and technical expertise to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequencing, techniques, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Remove and reinstall engines from turbofan-powered aircraft.
  • Assist with operation checks and engine runs to ensure airworthiness prior to departure.
  • Inspect aircraft in accordance with OEM Light or Heavy Maintenance manuals.
  • Evaluate removed components for serviceability and document discrepancies (squawks).
  • Troubleshoot and repair all airframe systems, including hydraulics and landing gear.
  • Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives as required.
  • Utilize mechanics hand tools, precision measuring instruments, gauges, and calibration test equipment.

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid FAA-approved Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Mechanic.
  • Aviation training preferred, including military training, aeronautical academy, technical school, or an Aviation Associates Degree.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, stretch, and climb ladders.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and stand on hard surfaces for long periods.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with Falcon, Challenger, Gulfstream, Regional Jet, Hawker, and/or Embraer aircrafts
  • Minimum of 3 years working in Business Aviation / Corporate Aircraft
