A&P Aircraft Technician: KCLM, Port Angeles, Washington
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on A&P technician with experience maintaining Cirrus SR22 and SR22T aircraft across Part 91, Part 91K, and Part 135 operations. Strong electrical and avionics troubleshooting skills are a plus. Type-specific training provided as needed.
What You Will Do
- Perform line, annual, and 100 hour inspections, resolve discrepancies, support MELs, respond to AOG events, and return aircraft to service.
- Troubleshoot electrical and avionics systems. Perform wiring repairs, LRU swaps, software loads, and functional checks on integrated avionics such as Garmin G1000 or G1000 NXi.
- Complete accurate digital documentation and coordinate parts and vendors.
- Work standard hours with periodic on call coverage for AOG.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with CAPS (Cirrus Airframe Parachute System) safety protocols. Willingness to complete CAPS safety training required.
