Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft inspections and product reviews to ensure compliance with design and process requirements.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and document results.
• Identify and document discrepancies, initiate corrective actions, and manage non-conforming items.
• Conduct audits, monitor processes, and maintain records of inspection results.
• Support problem resolution during product operation and testing.
• Plan and manage work schedules, including overtime and shift turnovers.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications, including fall protection and flight line badges.
• Utilize precision inspection tools for measurement and verification.
• Oversee paint inspection and rework of composite and metal structures.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Skills:
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Velocity and production applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift as required.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of working at heights with fall protection equipment.
  • Proficiency in generating Non-Conformance Records (NCR) and handling related documentation.
