Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Determines maintenance and repair materials required for deployment. Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components. Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of product.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of logistics experience
- Work closely with a diverse group of property professionals responsible for capital assets, US Government Property, and other Customer owned property.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and multi-task.
- Well organized, effective working independently as well as in a team environment,
- Able to handle multiple assignments, possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Organize tasks and time to ensure timely completion of all projects.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Lift 25 lbs.
- Travel (25)
- Able to work during off hours.
- Work in both external and internal environmental conditions.
- Prior experience using a forklift/reach lift/pallet jack.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in receiving, maintaining, and the accountability of Government Furnished Equipment
- Authoring/creating Standard Operating procedures.
- Experience shipping via all modes of transportation.
- Experience in packing/shipping one-of-a-kind hardware.
- Development and implementation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and utilize advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Salary Range: $50,500 - $84,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
