As an Assembler, you’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality components and assembling trucks using advanced tools and techniques. This position requires precision, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto trucks using power tools and wrenching techniques.
- Drill holes and use torches, plasma cutters, or grinders to cut and shape parts.
- Install truck accessories, such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
- Follow templates or measurements to position parts and subassemblies accurately.
- Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts (up to 40 lbs individually, team lift up to 80 lbs).
- Train and work in various assembly areas to meet production demands.
- Adhere to quality standards by following verbal and written instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Regularly attend work, including potential overtime and 7-day weeks, as needed.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisors.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6+ months of experience in manufacturing or general labor.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of experience in assembly or mechanical work.
Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: 6 PM – 4 AM (changing to 3 PM – 11 PM in March 2025).
- 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM (available in March 2025).
- Candidates must be available to work any shift.
