Key Responsibilities
- Support deployment of the Operating System within the manufacturing environment.
- Assist with developing and documenting standard work, process workflows, and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and operational problem solving.
- Gather data, conduct analysis, and present findings.
- Engage in daily tier meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
- Learn from experienced operations and engineering professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Coursework or experience related to Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Ability to collaborate well with cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of methodologies such as Lean, CI, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Previous internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint
Education Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
